How to refuse request?

                                      Giving the customer compensation
              We have many ways to refuse customers request but we need chose a smart way to refuse request. I will introduce a way to refuse customers request. When we refuse the customers requests, we can give customers compensation.        
              When you refuse customers request, there are some ways to help you to compensate customer.

  • You can give customers discount when you refuse customers request
  • You can give customers substitution to compensate customers
  • You can give customers money to compensate customers
  • When we refuse customers request, we can give customers coupon and let them use next time
              For example, when car dealers sell a car, they will give customers discount. Some dealers refuse to decrease the car price, but they can give you free service or package like free oil change and snow tires. These are good ways to compensate customers but we should limit the compensation. According to How to handle customers that ask for compensation. We can't give customers too much compensation.
              If you don't use appropriate way to refuse customers request, you will lose your business. I think compensate customers are really useful when you refuse customers request. You can make customers satisfied  and your business can be successful.
