When customers have request, we can not refuse them directly. We can use euphemistic words to refuse and agree with customers opinion. We can keep our opinion and tell them about our opinion.
There are several ways to tell customer our opinion
- We can agree with customer opinion and waiting for the chance to tell them our opinion
- We don't need to refuse the customer immediately
- When we agree with customer opinion, but it's not mean agree customer request
- We can tell the customer our opinion timely and change customer mind
- We can use euphemistic words to tell customer our opinion and make customer accept our opinion
